2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T (Son's)
OCI: 4283 miles
Out: Super Tech 5w30 Syn, Fram XG9688
In: Same
Sample taken for analysis: Should be interesting. This oil ran through the winter and my son short-trips the heck out of it. No oil used / added during OCI. Will the Super Tech stand up to the abuse of turbo GDI operations + short-tripping? Stay tuned!
1987 Mercedes 300E - M103 inline 6
Out: Valvoline Conventional 10w30 and Mann oil filter
In: Valvoline Premium Blue 15w40 HDEO dino and Mann oil filter
The 10w30 was a "winter oil" experiment. Had somewhat easier starts than past experience with 15w40 during 0 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit temperatures. But engine idles noticeably smoother with 15w40.
Out: TGMO 0W16 SN
In: High Performance Lubricants Heavy Duty "HP SAE 0W16"
HPL HD 0W16 SL
2019 Lexus UX 250h F-Sport
@ 52k miles.
I am told that this oil would have achieved a rating of SL, due to enhanced additives.
There is no label on the bottle other than "HP SAE 0W16."
The box the cases came in also says "Synthetic Long Life Motor Oil."

Out: Rotella T6 and Fram Ultraguard XG3976A filter
In: Rotella T6 supplemented with Redline Oil additive, Fram Ultraguard XG3976A filter
Been having trouble with RT6 oxidizing on the previous OCI's, so I decided to supplement it with additional zddp on this fill.
We'll see if it helps. May have to find a more oxidation resistant oil to survive the EGR environment.
