a pre post oil change
car: 2007 nissan altima with the 3.5, 84000 miles. oil is 3 years old with 4000 miles. ran it 1.5 miles after sitting 3 years, it stops and goes. going another 2 miles for oil change at nissan tomorrow.
I can't believe it started after a 3 year hibernation with just a new battery. Of course, new air filter and new tires on. I just dont want to get under a car on ramps anymore, and the nissan pushed the old ramps I had anyway due to lower front end. So dealer it is for bulk junk and 29 bucks. Whatever, its only staying in until spring. I will get better ramps, and change to mobil 1 after the "winter flush" from not running. Should be 1 to 2k oci to spring.

A bit overkill for 7k (warranty) but it was just $5/quart ... The filter was the first I found with 20+ psi PRV ... and was getting over "e-core paranoia" ... won't spend that much again after finding a Baldwin with higher psi (have some PF63's too) ...
