2004 Explorer, 114k miles, 4k+ on oil.

Out: Pennzoil Ultra Platium 5w30 and Amsoil filter
In: Pennzoil Ultra Platium 5w30 and Puro PSL filter I got on clearance from RA couple years ago.(not supposed to be a tearolater) Fingers crossed.

My 2013 Honda Civic, about 64,400 miles on the car, 4300 miles on the OCI.

Out: Harvest King Synthetic 0W20, Fram PH7317

In: Fram PH 7317, 3 quarts of Supertech Synthetic 0W20 and 1 quart of STP Synthetic 0W20 left over from an oil change deal I got at Autozone last year. Also rotated my tires, 85 ft-lbs on the lug nuts.

I changed my oil a little early this time so that my Honda and my wife's Nissan will both be on a 6 month OCI together. I did an oil change and tire rotation on her car last Saturday. We both work from home, don't put a lot of miles on either car so now I will change both cars' oil together at the same time at 6 month intervals in June and December. Plus I won't be playing grease monkey in a hot humid garage for the rest of the summer.

Gonna do a used oil analysis at around the same distance my regular Mobil 1 sample was taken to show not only will the cheapest stuff work, but it will work on par with just about everything else. The two most hated products: Fram and SuperTech

Be careful of your wheel torque, Honda likes 80 ftlbs. You can cause the front brake rotors to Warp

Transmission flush and fill (Dexron VI) and filter at 239,658 kilometres. Next at 287,938 kilometres (always the opimist).

The (otherwise untouched) transmission's in great shape, the mechanic said, which I attribute to regular maintenance.

I changed the oil in the BMW this morning, with 104k on the odometer

Out: GC 0w40 with 7400 miles on it

In: GC 0w40

I did not change the filter, I think the Mann cartridge filter is good to go for another 6-8k interval
 
2014 Chrysler town and country. 6 quarts Ace hardware 5w-20 conventional and fram cartridge filter. This run will be 5,000-6,000 miles.
