This last run was longer than my usual- ~9,500 miles, about a year ago I ran synthetic.

About this "Maint Req'd" light: it goes off every certain number of miles, correct?

Any advice on my oil change schedule/which oil I should use? The car sits for most of the year as I live in a bicycle-friendly neighborhood. But I'd like to keep it sharp. I felt bad with the extended OCI because of the synthetic, but was that appropriate?
