2013 Ford F-150 5.0 V8 with 154,725 miles.
OCI was 6,139 miles, at 4.2k I drained 1.5 qts of oil and replaced with HPL EC
Also of note, the new Fram XG10575 was sealed in the new style box (no mesh screen) but did in fact have the wire mesh backing which was a pleasant surprise.

No "mesh screen" but it had wire backed media? Not sure what you mean. They are either wire backed (old Ultra media) or not wire backed (new style Ultra media).
I think they mean the box didn't say "durable metal screen" but it still had the screen.

The box that the filter came in was the new style that no longer has the little picture and description of the wire backing, but the filter itself did have the wire backing.
