SWEET. Like new - low miles.

2019 Nissan Rogue bought in May 2022

19,460 miles now.

Out: Dealer oil with an AC Delco filter
In: Mobile 1 0w-20
Purolator yellow can filter bought on sale.

4400 miles on the oil due to warranty compliance and the fact it’s about to get really, really cold out side.

I used Mobile 1 for the second time ever in my life only due to the price of oil. I have a second jug on the shelf.

No filter change.

Drain and refill, and get on down the road. Doubling up on the oil filter interval. Out of oil sample bottles, maybe will sample next time.

Just put that same oil in our Honda but stepped up from 0w20 to the 0w30 to see what the next sample will look like. I cant get over how all the other oils I have used turned dark within the very first week. This is very first time using M1 and its been about 3 weeks / 400mi and it still looks like new on the dip stick. Very currious to see my next sample results with this Mobil1 Advanced I am running.

2 changes today.

Wife's '14 CR-V. 134,321 miles on car. Not sure how many miles on oil. Probably around 7k. MM was at 5%. She alternates between long highway trips and short trips to pick up the kids or food shopping.
Out: Kirkland 0W-20 and a purolator tech filter. (Interestingly enough I provided the shop with a Fram Ultra.) I called them out on it today and they didn't have an answer other than being very apologetic. Since I provided the Kirkland I doubt they would swap out it with something else but the 2 changes before were Amsoil SS. I have no way of knowing if that actually went in or if the Amsoil filters I had provided were used.
In: HPL Premium 0W-20 and a Fram Ultra.

'18 Legacy Sport. 41,316 on car. 6,050 miles OCI which is almost exactly 6 months.
Out: M1 EP 0W-20 and Subaru Filter.
In: HPL Premium 0W-20 and a Subaru Filter.

Out: approx 3.5 Kirkland 5w30 / 3.5 qt pennzoil platinum 5w30, OEM Hyundai MANN filter. 5k interval but oil was much darker and dirtier than I’ve seen so far in the 25k we’ve had it. Also had to add 0.5qt top off oil for the first time.

In: 5qt Kirkland 5w30, 2qt Mobil 1 0w40, Hyundai filter

7qt capacities on my vehicles is throwing me through a loop on having enough of the same brand on hand. I guess I need to buy three 5qt jugs at a time instead of two. Still have 5qt amsoil, 5 qt Rotella gas truck and now 8 qt M1 0w40 left though.
