For my truck, (1991 Ford F-150 5.0 V-8), I use Mobil 1 High Mileage Full Synthetic 10W-40.

For my Jeep, (2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7 HEMI V-8), I use Pennzoil Platinum Full Synthetic 5W-20.

For my Toyota, (2018 Toyota Camry 2.5, 4-Cylinder), I use Mobil 1 Full Synthetic 0W-30).

I change oil and filter every 6 months, regardless of mileage. (Probably too often).

If you're not doing constant short trips, a once a year OCI if the mileage requirement isnt' met would be fine. Most car makers these days say you can go up to 1 year OCIs if the mileage is below their OCI requirment. Plus you are in AZ which isn't very humid, which is a plus for extending OCIs because there will be less possibility of water contamination from combustion in the oil.

I drained and refilled the trans for the first time. I drained out just a touch over 2 quarts of factory fill WS, these are known to be under filled from the factory. It was still pretty red but starting to get a slight brownish color to it. I refilled it with 2.75 quarts of WS plus about 14 ounces of Lubegard Platinum, totaling 3.2 quarts. I also sucked out the power steering reservoir and refilled it with Supertech Mercon V.
