My cousin came to my home and took my truck to his house to do an OCI.
Drained M1 ASF 5W20, removed M1-209 oil filter.
Valvoline Maxlife 5W30 went back in with a Motorcraft FL-400S oil filter.

I've posted here several times on this thread but, I just changed my oil/filter the other day using 5qts of CarQuest Full Synthetic 0W20 that I bought on closeout(le$$ than $2/qt) and a Fram Ultra. I changed a bit(~3400mi) early 'cause I'm leaving for a 4K-5K mile road trip. New tires & brakes and all fluids checked or were recently changed.

2018 Toyota Tacoma Ted off-road 4x4 2gr fks 71709 on unit
out kirkland signature 5w30 with 7529 on it. It was a winter Of driving in some cold Weather with about 550 miles of long distance towing. So decided to pull the trigger early. old oil was performing well Didn’t use any oil during the interval. Oil was no gassy as expected. besides the winter I have doing a lot of 500 mile trips this interval with some 4th gear towing for a couple of them so that probably helped.

Out goes filter Mobil 1 Extended Performance with about 17000 on it, time would be a year in May on that filter.

In goes Mobil 1 0w40 about 6-6.2.5 qts. and a new Mobil 1 filter with plans for some towing. (summer is Coming and I am trying to use up old jug of 0w40 So combined with a new jug for this OCI)
The old filter looked fine.the oil in that cheap little pan is the amount that comes out with a filter change.

Also did a drain/fill of antifreeze with 50/50 Peak Global Lifetime.

Also, transmission drain/fill with Valvoline Maxlife ATF.
