It's a FRAM CH11784. Walmart had it on sale a few months back for $5. Regular price is $10. I bought 6. You actually put my mind at ease about these when in a past thread I was worried about the center opening being too small. You and, I believe @ZeeOSix explained that once saturated with oil, the fit is just fine and snug. Which has been my experience to a tee. Thanks as always.

OCI: Approx 1yr 2440mi, oil was quite black, car is mostly short tripped also had a severely restrictive catalyst for perhaps several months that had recently been replaced, it's my half brother's dad's car he's not very mechanically inclined and didn't bother to mention that there's anything wrong with it.

Looks about right for an EcoTec filter, I think the only filters that don't consistently come out crumpled are wire backed media filters.
 
Do you know if the engine computer has to do some adjustment when you swap the viscosity? Like the electronics does when you change the fuel type, I forgot the exact term for it. Just realized you went 0w30 to 5w20 and it got me thinking if the hardware notices that at all

Good question. I seriously doubt it but not 100% sure.

2017 Nissan Frontier 5.4 quarts out and 5.4 quarts in of the finest full synthetic 5w30 golden oil goodnes from Shell this side of a rebate coupon (RGT). K&N HP1010 filter because I couldn’t find Mobil 1 filters at any Wally World around here.
