This is my second really clean no-spills change in a row this year, so I may be getting good at this after only around forty years, LOL!
2018 Pathfinder with 35K and 3K on the OC. Short tripper and trying to lighten up the oil. OC before last I used M1 0W20 and the oil was very black after only 2k. It had not been this black before even after 5K as it was the first time I used M1. Changed the oil at 3K with PP 5W30 and it was dark but not as black after 3K as with the M1. Used ST 5W30 this time and I will see how it works.

M1 will do that for 1 to 3 oil changes. It's a good engine cleaner.
3 oil/filter changes completed within the last couple of months and all using Pennzoil 5W-30 or 5W-20 and Fram TG filters.
My wife's car, who I also normally do in the spring only has about 2,700 km's on the last OC. Her being off work due to this covid thing has really slowed down her mileage/oil usage so I guess I'll be waiting a while yet?
I normally do spring and fall oil changes on her's and my son's cars, but now this covid thing has messed things up.
My truck only sees annual oil changes now due to me being retired but I just did one at the beginning of this month with 56% oil life remaining as I was coming up on a full year before my last oil change.
I just might discontinue using sny oil and just stick with a regular Dino from Pennzoil if I can't continue getting it on the cheap?
