Post your latest oil change

@YZJB

Are you referring to this one? Yes, it appears to be across the board factory installed on the 1.5L.

That’s the one! Interesting, so all these 1.5s come with the small filter (which is a MANN W7057, by the way). In America, Ford says to replace it with the FL-910S (which is a MANN W7015), but in Europe and Australia Ford says to replace like-for-like with the smaller filter.

For reference, all the dealers in Australia will only fit the smaller filter to these 1.5s at service. The FL-910S is the “wrong” filter for these in Australia.

Thanks for the info!

If it works, stay with it. Technician indicating no gas odor, no rise on the stick, probably would have extended to 4k, but we're getting some some 0f or below nights next week, had to go in for a steering box recall, rotation was due, seemed to be a good idea.

Weather was sunny, dry, no real wind and was 30F and went to 40F. Tomorrow and next week will be different again.

2016 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk.

92,000 on the vehicle
9250 on the new long block replaced under warranty.
4,300 on the oil.

Out - 5 qt of 5W-30 Valvoline Restore and Protect and 1/2 qt M1 HM 0W-20 and Mopar MO-339.
In - 5.5 qts of Delo 400 XSP 5W-40 and new MO-339 filter.

2019 Honda Pilot EX-L. Good thing I took it to work last week and gave it 25 minutes each way highway . This week had the normal very short drives. The happy condensation stuff from the shorts trips in the cold we have had is interesting. This was after a 10 minute drive and about 15 minutes idle. I pulled samples to send in so we'll see what they come back with.

67,274 on the motor
5175 on the oil

Out - 5.7 qts PP Euro L 5W-30 and Honda 15400-PCX-004.
In - 5.5 qts VRP 5W-30 and Honda 15400-PCX-306 (my last S2000 filter in my stock). I still have 4-5 Regular Honda filters and some XG7317's

Any pics from before first run? How many miles on motor and previous oil brands/OCI's

Pic prior to the first run of R&P is here:

Unknown history as my daughter picked up the car with ~106k miles (currently at ~110k).

This is the only 1NZ-FE engine under my care. The oil fill hole looks filthy when compared to the the 2010 Corolla (2ZR-FE) I've managed since new (currently at ~175k miles). The Corolla has had a steady diet of Supertech synthetic at a 5k OCI. Yes, that's comparing apples and oranges, but it's still interesting. 🙃

2011 Silverado with HD offroad and tow package, AFM active. 542,335 miles (3rd change since prior change-post).
SupraTech 5W30 and Bestline additive (used latter since approximately 200,000 miles), WIX filter.
Always change it hot, always treat any "breach" of engine interior practically like a surgical field.

E85/Reg87 price spread narrowed to being able to find the latter at a price that favors burning it last few months. Seemed like that might be darkening it [oil] up some more, but it was simultaneous with me completing some procrastinated EVAP system work and changing the plugs so this run might be cleaner.

It's in the mileage range where I've usually put new tires on it but between mostly decent weather and switching to 10 ply's I'm thinking I'll get another 10K out of these before putting set #9 on it.

Wife's 2018 Dodge Durango with 139,736 miles on it.
6187 miles on this OCI, OLM@38%.

Out: Havoline Pro-DS Full Synthetic 5w30 & Fram XG11665 that had three intervals on it (total filter miles 17,231).
In: Mobil 1 5W30 & Champ Labs P1009XL.

New Napa Gold 9756 air filter installed (old filter 23,453 miles).

Rotated the tires as well, now have 75,618 miles on the Michelin Defender LTX MS, current tread depth 7.5/32".

Don't know if it applies but i've changed the Civic's transmission oil today while it sleeps for the winter..

2012 Civic Si. Almost 300k miles.

Out: Honda MTF, unknown milleage on oil as i don't quite remember when i changed it the last time and it's a summer car now that, maybe runs 1500 miles per year..

In: Honda MTF.
