Berry season is in full swing. I made a blueberry blackberry pie. I made a superfast rough puff for the crust. Do you want a nice-looking crimped crust? Not going to happen! Don't care about how it looks. "rustic" works for me. I don't have time to try it now. I'll be posting a picture of a slice tonight.

Not sweet, not gooey. I added a tiny amount of sugar and a little amaretto and vanilla to the filling.

Almost done

@Jdeere562, you are the fastest gun in the Midwest. I think you may have just beat @AutoMechanic who so far holds the record for giving a like within 0.4 seconds of me making a post.
Just a bored and alone old man.

Nurse from Monday noticed my bread maker, which I no longer use.
I asked do you want it and she said yes. Hope to get a slice of bread in return! ;)

Does a round, butter fake flour (almond and coconut) bottom, unfatted crumble top (nuts, cookies, etc) count as a pie?

Filled with blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, honeyberries and couple surprise cranberries thickened with homemade cherry pectin goo - we found out some cherries have a large quantity of pectin when attempting to make cherry jelly.* No corn starch in the "pie"

*The jelly is a amazingly and offputtingly gelatinous. Tastes good, just powerful thick yet sticky. So I mixed about a cup with some tart cherry juice and threw it in with the fruit above.

Pic in an hour or so..........come on edit time!
