Much better than I expected based upon the cold and snow I saw for much of this tank.

Right now in the snow and cold, my current tank of mostly highway driving is at 32.6 mpg indicated for the first 2/3 rds of my current tank. I'll be lucky to hand calculate 30 mpg in a week or so.

A little over half this tank was highway and it has been quite cold.

Ford Maverick Hybrid just had the worst tank since new. Just constant cold weather at high speeds. Like tonight coming from the Lady Friends house the dash read 33.1 mpg which is optimistic. Oh well, that is still pretty good with 20° temps with a headwind of 15-20 mph. This is the worst stretch of long term cold we have since the Maverick was new. It's been consistently in the upper teens and low twenties for highs all month so far. The fuel right now seems very oxygenated, it smells very bad. I did a partial fill of 7.03 gallons about 10 days ago. BTW gas went up to $2.899 around here today.

No pictures for proof, but, recently purchased a 2014 Ford F-150 SuperCrew 4x4 with 3.5 Ecoboost. Currently averaging around 15-16 mpg. Truck has a 2 inch lift and wears 22 inch tires. Took it on a trip to Arizona and back this last week, towing a 6x12 U-Haul cargo trailer appoximately 1100 miles coming back, averaging 10-11 mpg.

Something is rotten in Denmark. EPA is 18/25 The LS430 is geared shorter than the LS400, but not 7mpg shorter.

I'll have to see what the current tankful yields. I suspect the miles are in error.

It's winter, but we're not experiencing the frigid temps everyone else is. I noticed that it's taking ~8 minutes of in-town driving to get the temp gauge anywhere near "normal" operating temperature. I'm guessing the thermostat isn't fully closing.

You're very welcome! Need to correct myself, however. The truck has 20" tires, not 22". Also, it might be a stock truck with no lift. Bought it used and I thought it had a lift. Looking underneath, I don't see any spacers or such, relating to a lift. So, who knows? Great ride, though!
