Post your Gas Mileage : Calculated

Here's the most recent re-fill, lots of highway driving on this one.

7/6: 234 Miles / 7.671 gallons = 30.5MPG—Solid; most driving was on STL area highways during the July 4th holiday week at 70-80mph with the AC on and at least one passenger.

Prior full fill on 7/4: 271 miles / 10.839 gallons = 25.0 MPG

Fuelly reports my current running average is 24.2MPG. City miles drag down that average; recently, I've been doing a lot more highway, the CX5 loves to run.

I don't have exact numbers in front of me but I filled up the scoot and my car this weekend:

Accent was just a hair over 42 mpg. This is higher than I expected as this was a 50/50 mixed driving tank.

PCX was 103mpg this fill. The last 3 fills have been 105, 100, 103. Hoping it settles in around 102 as my use of this is pretty consistent.

Did a fillup at Kum & Go in Springfield MO. 87 octane E10. About 175 miles of 4 lane rest was mixed driving.

Fill up at Travel Center of America Concordia, MO. 87 octane E10 - mostly highway at speeds from 45 in Tourist areas to 75 mph on interstates. In our area on I-70 the Travel Centers of America (T/A) have switched to BP from Shell. Looks like Shell is consolidating again for the umpteenth time.

Filled up my Accent this weekend:

208 miles, 4.6 gallons: 45.2mpg

This was more highway than I usually do but also much more AC than I usually run. Very pleased with this efficiency. This car never ceases to impress me with it's practicality. It's not even a dog with the AC on.

Two consecutive tankfuls, mostly around town trips. 2017 VW GT (2.0T).

10.2+10.2=20.4 gallons for 471 miles=23.1 mpg

That's down a lot from the usual 28 MPG I usually get in mixed town and highway driving) and the 33-35 I get in pure highway driving.

Fillup at Hy-Vee Gas 87 Octane E0 467.0 / 11.456 gallons = 40.8 First part of tank interstate, rest was daily driving

I get around 23mpg in my A4 TFSI avant if I only go to work and such, get around 27-28 if I go on a longer trip. It really likes the highway.

Also paying paying 7 dollars a gallon for 93 gas is not very nice…
