Post your current MPG

31.x seems to be the average on Focus if I stick 75 and under on the highway. Sure doesn't like extended runs at 80mph. It seems like it was 33-35 last spring on this same trip to TX. Must be the wonderful winter gas.

Filled up with BJs Wholesale 87 w/E10 . Seems to run fine on this gas . Wonder who supplies it for the N.E.? Reset E.M. to 96 , so it hopefully reads lower than the actual gas mileage . Tires are 4 BLIZZAK WS 70s set @ 36 p.s.i..

At last check: 20.8 mpg combined in my 78 Granada

'70 Chrysler is temporarily sidelined until I get a new choke pull-off. No need to dump fuel into the oil needlessly.

Going to Las Vegas. First tank was a top up before I left. Second was a refill in Boise and I just topped it up again for tomorrow. My Scangauge is off by a good amount. It thought I had burned 15.1 gallons when I actually used closer to 14.4. Im willing to grant some leeway due to pump differences but that is pretty decent. Around 5%. I know Ive found that discrepancy before and it was about 5% then as well.

Refill of MOBIL 89 w/E10 at 1 click of nozzle . Plan to reset Eco to 95 at next fill and let it be .

1/4 tank left at fill of Sunoco 87 w/E10 . The closer the car gets to empty the more accurate the display is . The weather this past week was colder , more windy , and wetter . So that didn't help .

Filled up last night and got 29 mpg. That's pretty good for dead of winter with winter gas. Its also been pretty cold, single digits at night, high 30's/low 40's during the day.

I've noticed that compared to summer driving, the car takes about an extra 2 miles to fully warm up.

Latest fillup was 25.3 MPG. 402.7 miles 15.92 gallons. My average for the last ten tanks has been 25.9 MPG

2011 Mazda6i Sport 6spd MTX - 2.5L 170HP
Hess 87 winter blend gas - Avg 29mpg across multiple fill-ups...all within 0.5 mpg.

Mazda specs the psi on all four tires (OEM Michelin MXV4) at 32psi...however max tire psi is 42 for the tire. I am debating raising the psi a bit to see if it raises my mpg.

Eco-Meter : 43 ( set @ 96 )

Refill of Valero 87 w/E10 at 1 click . The Eco-Meter was showing 45.5 m.p.g at one point , best yet since its purchase for the sedan . Actual gas mileage might of been around 44.7 since the ECO reads higher on occasion . The trip was the 2 of us . 4 Blizzak WS 70s at 35.5 p.s.i.. The temps were an average of 42 , winds of 15+ m.p.h. , and many hills . Average speed of 45 . Not that shabby for winterblend . The gas mileage above was for yesterday .
