Post milestone or just plain fun odometer pics!

Just broken in 😉
Barely 9,000 miles in 2ish years of ownership 🙄
Had 36,500 on it when I bought it

2008 Scion xB.
MPG readout is pretty accurate VS calculated at pump. Mostly country back roads, and some idling here and there. Not bad for a Camry 2.4L pushing a refrigerator through space & time.

At 227k the oil consumption is 1qt/4K miles. Using VRP 5W-30 to hopefully fix that. Although this consumption rate isn't bad at all for a 2AZ-FE, all things considered. May not even need a B12 Piston Soak.

Trusty workhorse, so a bit dirty.

Is that a ScanGauge3? If so, how do you like it?
It is! It's nice to have because the Honda Fit has no temp gauge.... No other auxiliary gauges either so I use the scangauge to monitor coolant temp and volts. Plus whatever else I feel like watching like spark advance and catalyst temp LOL.

Old employment company flatbed truck departure mileage. 2013 Freightliner M2-106 4x2 with 217,480mi.

New employment company flatbed truck start mileage. 2024 International MV 6x4 with 4,935mi. Really jelly rn because our old company would buy used Penske/Ryder trucks with a load of miles on them and pre-existing conditions.

15W-40 ALL THE THINGS!!!
Not mine, but very impressive for an engine that's usually killed by VCM destroying the piston rings, or owners neglecting the timing belt service.
Would love to see the inside of this J35.

Judging by where the temp gauge is - VCM is still active on this vehicle. Because when it's disabled - normal operating temp sits lower, unless engine starts to overheat.

Looks aren't its best feature, but utility, reliability and colour are.
