Post milestone or just plain fun odometer pics!

Mom's car wanted in on the fun. Even the trip odometer played along. Next time I drive it I need to bring a Swiffer duster.

2010 Northstar

Ending the 17 year production run that began with the 1993 Allante. Most remaining issues with the original design (notorious early head bolts) were pretty well laid to reset by the time Cadillac retired the Deville name in 2005 and the model became simply DTS.

2007 Impreza still on factory head gaskets for all you irrationally rabid Subaru doubters… y’all should seek professional help.
Are you referring to a mental health professional? Or our you needing a referral to a good mechanic to replace your head gaskets? Just asking.

The Subaru badmouthers need mental health help. 😁
Yes Subaru had a few years with head gasket issues. I learned the hard way. I did a major service on our 2005 forester at 120k: replaced timing belt, all pulleys and Water Pump; replaced all fluids (coolant, oil, transmission and rear differential, brake fluid) and filters, adjusted the valves with new VC gaskets. Then 2 months later one of the head gaskets started to leak! Engine had to come apart. Bad timing for us but that car was a great vehicle. My only complaint with Subaru has been the gas mileage. But they’ve made strides there too.

60,000 miles today on the RAV4. I planned on doing the 60,000 mile service today but mom asked me to please wait until tomorrow or sometime as she was worried because of the ice on the road and wanted me to come home in the daylight so I respect that and will do my service tomorrow. I normally never leave work early but they told us to go ahead and go because there was no work because of the weather so I left early.
