Wife refuse to see urgent care. She already made an appointment for early Dec (due to a trip we will be taking and her expecting period very soon) and meanwhile she is using OTC stuff (That monlstat thing).
She also tried that PH test thing and the PH is less than 4.5, so not bacteria infection. Visual inspection indicates no blister or redness, everything looks perfectly normal visually.
Will see how it goes in a few days.

Did she recently have a round of antibiotics? Since unprotects sex is relatively new to you two I doubt there is an issue some Fluconazole couldn't wipe out.

I have to ask Panda. If you are in a long term monogomas relationship, and the woman begins itching/burning, the whole work up, what would make you automatically think that its an STD?
Dang, I thought this was one of those teaser thread starters, looks like I was wrong.
I recently was criticized on the Mech/Maint board for recommending that the best place to start for a high temp. gauge reading/overheating issue, was to replace the thermostat. With that in mind, I'm not going to touch this with....ahh probably not a good metaphor here.
Seriously though, from the description, it does sound very similar to a yeast infection. These days the medication (eg. Monistat) that used to be prescription is now OTC. If there was burning on urination, it could be a urinary tract infection, which is also quite common, but a doctor is required to treat that.
(Disclaimer) That said, I'm not a doctor nor do I do play one on TV. So, if the Monistat does not work in reasonable time (as directed), she needs to see a physician. Convincing her to see a doctor sooner rather than later, would be the best idea.

Couple that with which ATF to use, not to mention which gear lube or which wax/polish/sealant to use, and you quickly realize the BITOG members (still no pun intended) can't agree on most things, let alone diagnose your wife's physical ailment.
Heck, even Terry Dyson wouldn't want to touch that one!
You don't see me asking my wife's GYN for a flash drive or SD card manufacturer recommendation.

Does she have fever in the area? There could be an abcess. There would be some swelling.
There is such a thing as a yeast infection of the skin. This is different from inside.
If she has hormone issues, it could be lichen sclerosus. This is pretty rare though.

Her Bartholin's gland could be blocked. This would be painful and (possibly) itchy:

I do not think it is an STD at all, just that my wife is totally paranoid and work in the pharmaceutical industry, working with virus and bacteria every day, so she is very clean and neat and always think of worst case scenario. No knives, plates, chopping boards can be shared between cooked and raw meat unless you boil them in hot water for 10 minutes (not even wash with dish soap), always a shower before any sort of touching, must change clothes the first thing when you get home.
I think she still couldn't get over me having a prior relationship before being with her, so every time she has skin discomfort she automatically think of STD. This isn't the first but her being so serious makes me nervous, as she has been waking up early every day (until 2 days ago) to self diagnose online without me around.
I trust her, so I was assuming worst case scenario as well.
