PM's not being notified by ICON?

Anyone else having a problem where you will have PM's but the icon doesn't show up at the top, or only shows up for a split second when you reload the the forum list and then disappears? Very rarely I get the icon to stay at the top when I have a PM and it bugs me.

You're getting 8 MBPS today? Holy smokes, at least you warned us Anyone know where the server is located? Better call them and have them throw on a couple more cooling fans
