Not anything special of a bike, I just couldn’t resist the price at $4,840 for a 2025, before the other fees and all. Got $800 for the baby ninja so not bad, she will certainly be missed though! This bike is certainly fun, easy to ride, power aplenty from bottom to top, not like the 250 where I had to wring its neck. Most importantly and quite exciting, I have more than 3 tire options now 😂

Can't believe they still make these ! These are going on what, 30 years of production ?

Wow really nice clean silver. Kawa makes a solid bike and if it's been in production for 30 or so years as hall says it must be too good to change. I think this would be one of the very few ninja bikes that'd look great on white walls because of the clean silver. Maybe consider it 😁

Love to trade my Virago in for one of these.
Do it, you won’t regret it! Rides really nice, very upright stance, now I know why these are so popular. I would say this base model is the only one that makes sense. The upper-tier trims are just way pricey for a 500 without even much extra added on for those high prices.

Nice bike and congrats. Yes a 500 will move plenty and do highway speeds with ease. Those little 250's make me laugh every time I see one the rider is hunched over the gas tank making themselves as aerodynamic as possible barely keeping up with highway traffic. What is that hunch position good for 1/10th of a mph with wind on their back.

I really enjoyed the 250, I will miss it. Never had an issue on the freeway with it, always pulled hard. Sometimes there were times I had to drop a gear to get the revs, that’s just nature of the beast though, part of the fun!

I did come from a liter bike too, I just really like these small bikes better and they are much more practical for how I use it.

If I had my motorcycle license I would go for a TW200 reminds me of my youth and trail bike days
