No mall crawlers, no cream puffs. Real work trucks. Any make, any age, any shape. Must be for work. Doesn’t have to be your own. Let’s see them.
gorgeous trucks.
What a great engine that produced manly torque. We had one in a '78 2500HD and that engine would out pull some of the V8s at low RPMs.It's a 292 L6
Mandatory 4.11 axle too. Strange how it will cruise and just keep accelerating! What a great engine that produced manly torque. We had one in a '78 2500HD and that engine would out pull some of the V8s at low RPMs.
2020 was the first year I did not own an LT - but purchased a 5’x10’ utility trailer - gets it done …My work truck is pulling my truck bed trailer. I bolted it on a crappy old boat trailer I had. Got the bed for free from the body shop my dad worked at, it was rear ended.
I had 2,200 pounds of concrete in it once. My brother borrowed it and scrapped like 7-8 complete engines and 3 transmissions, plus other junk.
No insurance, permanent registration, almost no maintenance.

Farm plated means no need for a CDL, at least in Iowa that's the rule. I hauled grain with our semi at 16 with a normal operator's license. His and hers. My wife drives for a local farmer hauling grain. I got roped in to the operation during the last harvest. I had the yellow fenders, my wife drives the Lonestar.
These are the prettiest trucks ever IMO. IT has to be inspired by this:His and hers. My wife drives for a local farmer hauling grain. I got roped in to the operation during the last harvest. I had the yellow fenders, my wife drives the Lonestar.
