Hello,

Anyone have some good suggestions on how to get the spices and flavoring of Vietnamese noodle soups just right? Our local places both down the road and in Philadelphia closed at the same time, and so we must do without... unless we can make some good batches ourselves!

Get on plane, fly to Sydney. Taxi to Cabramatta. Little (big) Vietnam. Many places have Vietnamese cooking classes. Wouldn't know you were in Oz there. Enjoy..s
