PHM vs PPHM in 10W30.

I was looking at the pds sheets of these. PHM 10W30 (conventional) looks to have better specs than PPHM 10W30 (synthetic)? What do you all think,or am I deciphering the data sheets wrong? First number is flashpoint,second is viscosity at 100C,and third is pour point:

Pour point doesn't say everything, looks at the CCS and MRV viscosities, you'll notice the regular HM is much thicker.
