Phaser 3000

I have a 5 gallon tank of gas that has some water in it. I see it as i poor a little out in an open pan. If I could safely and legally dispose of it somewhere I would. I do not want to risk running it in my vehicles. I did a search and Phaser 3000 came up the most, as product that claims it can reverse phase separation in gas and has some decent reviews.

I have also saw K100 helps to prevent and minimize separation. STP also makes a similar product but have not seen any reviews.

Any recommendations.???
