PF63 cross questions

I have a few extra PF63 filters. I have a friend with a 2011 Ford F-150 with the 3.5 V6 and was wondering if I can use it on his truck. From what research I looked up it seems to match. The Wix site shows that the PF63 = WL10255 and when I look up the vehicle on the Wix site it shows that it takes a 57502. Looking at the Fram site it shows that the PF63 is = to PH10575 and that filter also works on the Ford. When I put in the Fram site 57502 it shows the PH10575 as well.

So is it safe to use on the Ford or not? Seems all the specs are very similar.

From what you're saying, it sounds like they do cross-reference.
