Trick is not getting caught, issue is, those 911 operators can work overnights and up to 16-18 hours straight as can guards, officers, etc. Try doing that if you're a big time tobacco user, I couldn't.
You live in a county that is tobacco-free? Are there still places in the country that have prohibition? Last time I checked this was 2014, not 1914...
