I just completed my first OCI for the Pennzoil used oil analysis program (2016 Dodge Grand Caravan, 3.6 VVT. Out SuperTech 5w20 Full Synthetic. In Pennzoil Ultra Platinum, courteousy of Gena Fishbeck (Pennzoil used oil analysis program). 10036 miles/295 engine hours on oil, 41081 miles/1280 engine hours on vehicle.) using SuperTech 5w20 Full Synthetic. Does Pennzoil post the results on this site? I received my oil and UOA kit back in November to be used in my 2009 Chrysler T&C. Before I could do an oil change, the head gaskets went out. So, it took a while to get my first OCI on the new van.

Looking forward to seeing the results. There were a lot of long distance miles on the oil, including a 3500 mile round trip the first week of July.

No, I had a 2009 T&C. It is what I was driving when I received my oil and kit from Pennzoil. It was to be the test vehicle but I blew a head gasket. I replaced it with the 2016 Grand Caravan, which is now the test vehicle.

The head gasket was from a 2009, a different vehicle. The OP was going to use if for that vehicle, the head gasket blew and he replaced it with a 2016 Grand Caravan.......

From what I can tell thus far, the Pentastar is a very good engine. I think I will be quite happy with it over the long term. It gets very good fuel economy and does not consume oil like my 3.8 did (one quart per thousand miles). Seems to operate at lower RPMs as well.

That ended a long time ago, results are still coming in though.
