This was off a 2022’ Ram 2500 quad cab 4x4 diesel pickup at work. Had it in for dipstick recall and tailgate recall. Although filter made in USA; pathetic that it tore as pleats near tear are

According to Pennzoil Lube place sticker; mileage on whatever HDEO and this filter was 6,787~

At work we go 7,500 OCI’s on these using Rotella T4 10w30. That went back in and STP oil filter.

Not good, It's gotten to the point we know when someone mentions the oil filter tore we know precisely where the location is (As is alway by the seem). The STP should hold up better. Especially if it's the "extended mileage" filter.

The STP S-3976 was blue can “made in China so who knows if that’s good or nay.

Agree 100%! I use nothing but Mopar or Fleetguard on my Cummins. It just isn't worth it.
