Only been there once or twice. They opened the one here about 5 years ago. From what I remember prices were so high but if you needed something right then it’s good or want to shop in store. Sad to see it go as someone that hates online shopping. That leaves one independent party store in my area.
Never heard of the store until now.
They've had financial issues for awhile. I think they declared bankruptcy at some point. I read they closed the offices earlier this month and pulled a team out of a conference (safety issue as they weren't paying their bills). So I guess the news didn't surprise me.
The nice girls at my nearest P.C. gave me a couple of cheap balloons so I could do a PCV blowby test.
That's the only time I ever went inside one.
Seems odd to close on Dec. 20th.
The profits through the "party season" can't compare with vacating a store "by the end of the month".
I suppose lease expiration dates are a noteworthy business barometric.

I know a relative via marriage who works (ed?) there - buyer - for the helium. Some (most?) was sourced from Ukraine. Manager I think, something like that. Wife's side. Ima ask.
We bought kid's birthday supplies there. They had different selection than the other locations mentioned. Much preferred over the Jungle.
Do you shop at Walmart? Just to be clear...

I've been in one. They do sell cheap costumes if you wanna have fun.

I think I’ll just chalk this one up to baby bombers getting too old to party. It’s a bit hard to party when half of them have already croaked.
They had a niche for a convience store of party supplies.
You also need to gain weight to fit in here and the suit.
