Party City closing all stores

Bummer - went frequently for party supplies and baloons...always had everything you needed and could order the balloons online for pickup.

I have a distant relative who useto work for a local party city store. The amount of theft that went on was, according to her, amazing. People walking out with bags full of stuff without paying. And the employees were instructed to not try to stop them. With losses like that, it's amazing they stayed open as long as they have.
