Do you use a dehydrator? I've dried (naturally) some pepper and crunched them up. What grinder do you use?I grow, dry, and grind my own.

I've never had one that was all that spicy. I am thankful I suffer from indigestion, at least if I don't pig out too close to bed time.I feel my throat burning from acid reflux just looking at that pic! Definitely would be having a pb&j if that was supper.
I might put a dash of salt on my chicken, otherwise plain is good.

Probably not top shelf, but if you catch it really freshly bottled, it will do.So this is crap? Made a goulash with it a while ago that was good, but probably not as good as it could have been, judging by this thread.

The type of peppers used.O.k. what do you put it on? I am familiar with Broiled chicken and a dusting on potato. More for colour than flavour.
Since it's powdered dried Chili, what the difference between it and Chili powder?
