I Currently have painted wheels on my 2016 Fusion. Been reasearching wheel cleaners and sealers/ waxes.
Seems to me that nothing should be put on them that I would not put on the paint of the car, so I’m thinking to use the soap from the car wash ( Meg gold class) and sealant that I use on the car (Collinite). Should I be doing anything else? Wheels are in great shape.......

I use regular car wash soap to clean wheels and tires. I then use a spray wax to dry and buff. When I do the rotations I clean the barrel of the wheels and wax. Keep it simple.

I use CarPro Dlux on mine. Easy to apply and lasts a long time. I think I used under 10ml to do all 4 wheels on my truck.

I just wash with my car wash soap. Sometimes I’ll use a clear coat safe wheel cleaner. A good brush makes worlds of difference and not all whee designs work well with all brushes.
Never bothered with waxing as I figured it won’t last long enough to matter. My 10 year old F150 wheels are just starting to show some minor corrosion in a few spots.
