P/S fluid seal conditioner?

I'm working on a 1966 Chevy C10 with factory power steering. There are of course leaks as it's all original (or at least factory power steering parts). Is there a fluid that I can use that may recondition the seals a bit to slow down the leaking a little before tearing it down in the winter months? Maybe Maxlife ATF or some other recommendations?

Trans-X helped me delay replacing a pressure hose for a few years on my old Toyota. Nearly completely stopped a pretty bad leak

I've heard good things about Blue Devil, I think I'll give that a go.
