Oversize WIX or AC for 99 Tahoe

New to the site and have a question. I was leaning towards a WIX (51036) or AC Delco (UPF52) oil filer for my recently purchased 99 Chevy Tahoe, 5.7L 4x4. This site peaked my interest and was wondering if there was an oversized filter that I might be able to use? Not sure if it matters but I'm going to try the Castrol GC 0x-30 the next oil change.

I struck out with Baldwin, Donaldson, and Purolator by recycling the various numbers through each of the x-ref's. Baldwin usually has a shorter/longer verson offered. In your case, it appears that you've already got the longer offering with the 51036.

Someone with a master catalog may be able to find a longer one

I was in exactly the same situation.

I have a Lumina, and the stock filter is the Wix 51040, (AKA M1-101), the plus size is the Wix 51036, (AKA M1-201). I was looking for an even larger one, something M1-301 sized (Wix 51515) but I couldn't find ANYTHING larger than the Wix 51036. I looked for a while. I don't think anything larger exists.
