Outlook mail page format question.

To our bitog computer whizzes:

Signing in to my Outlook mail yesterday, the format of the page had changed slightly. The icons for "mark as read, flag, pin this message at top of folder, and delete" are now at the right side column of the inbox instead of always being at the left side of the inbox. Why did it switch sides, and how to I get it back to the left side vs the right side? It's these icons I included as a picture attachment:

For the computer program or the phone app? If it's for the PC, what version outlook are you using? If for the app, mine has always been on the top-right corner of the inbox.
