Just to be more precise, it's a Wix 'made for' O'R MG filter. This one uses Wix traditional thread end bypass and no combo valve.
And, another example of wavy media not limited to Purolator made filters. With sharp bends in the media, it almost looks more construction based than use based. What I mean is that one end of the pleat may not be exactly aligned in the same position on the other end. Perhaps from compression on assembly? That said, with no media breach it would be a non issue.
Looks like it did it's job, and still thinking the new O'R MG is most similar to or same as Napa ProSelect.
