One word you can not pronounce correctly

Caricature.

Was your mother British? They pronounce aluminum and schedule funny.
And garage. I have a heck.of a time with the British broadcaster that provides commentary on the Weathertech series. Garage doesn't and shouldn't rhyme with carriage.

Up here everyone adds an S at the ends of store and product names. Meijer is Meijers, Kroger is Krogers, Subway is Subways and on and ons.

1) Molybdenum disulfide came up. A soft edged person corrected me. "It's MOLLY-BENDUM", he said with authority stupidly.

2) My dad couldn't pronounce Tom Seaver (Mets pitcher). It came out "Seavers" every time. Those errors (no pun) are different, more misspeaking than mispronunciation.

3) A guy from long ago who wouldn't correct "LYE-Berry" for 'library' bothered me after a while.
I always said Molee ba denem or if you can pull it off better with Molee but denem.

A lot of people cannot pronounce the Massachusetts city, Worcester. Its pronounced locally as "Wuster". Not "Wooster" or "Wor-chester".

And in New Jersey, Newark is "new-ark". Some just say "Nork".

I been on this earth close to four decades and one word I still can not pronounce correctly is ignorance. I try to sound it out and speak it slowly but I always screw it up. My mother couldn’t pronounce Aluminum correctly.
No American can pronounce aluminium properly, or spell it correctly either! :p
