Not saying the rumor is credible, but a lot of tax money comes back to us in the form of research. That's one of the reasons the defense budget is so big: a lot of the money gets pumped right back into universities for research, and everyone reaps the benefits.
 
...and how exactly is it going to stay put and still be a liquid when under REALLY heavy load? even the highest polarity oils can give way and the beginning of wear comes.there must be something to sacrifice....it's still going to need additives.
 
It may be just a story at this point, but considering the
nano technology the military has been working on for
the last decade that hasn't "hit the streets" yet, I
would't be suprised at all that it exists.
