Exactly what the title says. Post old software (but not games) that for whatever reason sticks in your mind.

FourPhase DOS, written in 24-bit assembler, on IV/70 system. My first computer job, systems engineer.

24 lights/switches on front panel, so you could manually see the assembler command at the time of crash, and enter code to debug system crash.

96kb, 80 MB disc.

Main function was data entry to replace IBM key-punch machines.

We licensed the technology and the trademarks for Mosaic from NCSA, and then commercialized it.

Those. Not to mention:

- Lotus123 with Allways
- DBase 3 and 4
- Mcafee AntiVirus discs that got passed around the office because there were no anti- piracy efforts and Mcafee was only updated every few weeks.
- Widespread software piracy in general. I worked at a University where there was no software budget. You were just expected to "borrow" copies where you could.
- Windows 286, Windows 3(?, IIRC)
