Old Champ PH2808 Oil Filter.

I was going through my cabinet in the garage and I found an old Champ oil filter.

This was the filter for 1989 Isuzu Pickup with the 2.3L engine.

Still looks in good shape for a 23 year old filter.

Looks like there might be some rust down inside the center tube.

Could very well be, I got that filter back in 1990.

Looks like in interior part, not rust. It looks cool, even the packaging says 1980'S !!!!

The local small tire shop I just got tires at sells champ filters and the boxes now don't look much different.
