Old ATF fluid-5 yrs old; still good?

I found two bottles of ATF fluid never used in an old box of mine. Quaker State Dexron 3 and Tech 2000 dexron 3. should I toss it? or is it still good? I don't see any expiration date on it

Fluid technology has changed a bit in 5 years.

I know this doesn't answer the question, but I would prefer to put a modern synth blend in my trans.

I do know that exposure to light and oxygen degrades dino oils. Could that get through the bottle? I don't know.
