Oil Viscosity Range List or Chart

Is there a list or chart on this forum of what the viscosity ranges are for various oil weights? I have been searching for about a half hour and only find some partial data. For example, what is the viscosity range of a 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 for both the 40 degree C and 100 degree C?

Would a 5w40 oil with a 100.4 rating at 40 C and 14.9 at 100 C be a thicker, thinner or average 5w40 oil?

Those charts used to be all over, but when you need one, they are elusive. I am going to save the next one I find.

40° C is not an API specification limit.

Just talking out my [censored], I would say those are OK numbers for a Group III 5W-40, but not great compared to a true synthetic....just talking about the 40°C vis.
