Oil stash keeps growing

Nah, my intent was to sell or give away most of it, I only paid something like 60 cents a jug for most of that.
You got the deal of a lifetime, think about it...some people pay $300 bucks for three oil changes, and you spent the same amount for 300 oil changes. That’s insane!

Went to two different O'Reillys to find they had valvoline and Castrol magnetic real cheap. One O'Reilly was giving valvoline/castrol away for $1a qrt. Even the full synthetic. Couldn't resist.
I only had time to check one local store, no luck here. Was this on the regular shelf or somewhere else? I'm gonna keep looking tomorrow.

I don't ever go in O'Really's the last time I was in one they had clear QSUD bottles and a 10 year old bottle of M1 TDT in the clearance bin for more than you could get new stock at other retailers.

Let me know when it hits critical mass

You should have an open invite to all Bitogers. Drop by with a 6 pack and you'll get a free Oil change and an extra jug for top ups!🤣🤣

Nice stash, I think you need to get some shelving now to store it all.

130 jugs of 15W50 mobil1, that's not going to be easy to sell.
Sell it at the race track or at vintage car meets. Either way, if I caught the sales you guys did I would do the same. It's not that much money spent and it's fun to buy and have on hand. If the economy collapses oil might actually be worth it's weight in gold!

If the economy collapses you'd have more than an oil change to worry about.

The recent shortages have forced me to buy and store at home.
Grabbed some Drydene F/S 5w20 and Drydene F/S Dexos1 Gen 2 5w30.
Sunoco High Mileage HM10w30. It's all my distributor had.
Hope the 81 cases of oil filters that are on order fit alongside my Tundra.
Hate to store the filters outside ;).
I'll continue hoarding oil and filters until I sleep better or the shortages subside.

This thread reminded me of a coworker who went nuts over Beanie Babies. She had hundreds of them in her basement all organized and categorized. A lot of money spent but hey, those things were going to skyrocket in value.

Then the basement flooded.
