Never mind, my bad. And I used to have an erWin account when I helped out a neighbor lady with her VW. Yes it's a different list from the Audi one.

I seem to forget that about once a year when this subject comes up. Sorry about that.

Well it's not really PAO based either. Like Top Tec 4200, It's mostly Group III with a splash of PAO. IF it were PAO based, the NOACK would probably be ~ 7% like with Ravenol.

According to the SDS it says < 55% Group III
And < 20% PAO

Just found a 0w30 Liqui Moly oil - SYNTHOIL LONGTIME 0W-30
VW 502 00/505 00 certified.

FULL synthetic oil.

SDS said the PAO is > 40~60%?
pretty high, isn't it?

Yeah that looks like the real deal, mostly PAO. It is full saps as well. I've never even seen LM 1171 here in America. I can't find it for sale anywhere either in the USA on the 'net.

That oil has neither 502 00 nor 505 00 certification.

You are right, it's just recommended for VW502 00/505 00, NOT certified.
