I just used my pump for the first time to take a oil sample for blackstone. What should I use to clean the parts of it that came in contact with the oil so I can get an accurate sample next time around?

Thanks

John

Until you get your technique mastered (like cracking the seal when you see it near full) ..use brake clean to tidy up the pump. Get the stuff safe for plastic.

Get 25' of tubing from THD for $2.95+/-

Oh, sorry. I misunderstood. I thought you were using the Blackstone oil sample pump. I use it and it is constructed in such a way to no oil ever touches it (apart from the tubing of course).
