I have a Honda K24 frank with forged internal and supercharged that I am going to run on road courses. Sessions starting at 20 minutes and up from there. I am thinking hard about the Mobil 1 15-50 but I just saw a new to me racing oil they have that is 0-50. I am also considering some Amsoil Dominator 15-50.

Any suggestions are welcome

I'm assuming there is a warm up lap so yeah, you probably couldn't go wrong with M1 15-50.
There is not always a warm up lap, depending on exactly what group I go out in, but I almost always get the oil warm in the paddock or on grid. My rule of thumb is to not go on track until the oil in around 160.

You can find lots of virgin oil analysis reports for various oils you're probably looking at using. I run this in my GT500 but I don't track it.

I've run M1 0W-40 in various track cars, including those with the C30A (NSX) and the F20C (S2000). I'd start with that in a K motor, personally.
