Hi, I am looking for recommendations for best oil to use on our three vehicles..

2007 Toyota Tundra, 5.7L V8, 90k miles. Currently using Valvoline Syn 5w20 since 60k miles changed every 4k miles to maintain Valvoline engine warranty. Before that Im not sure what was used. Im not against changing brands and losing the Valvoline warranty for a better oil. Factory rec oil weights are 0w20 and 5w20.

2001 Acura Integra, 1.8L 4cyl, 140k miles, Has had quicklube oil changes up until 115k miles, every 3k miles. It has a small oil LEAK from a knicked seal during a timing belt reaplacement. I've been using Valvoline Maxlife 10w30 every 3k miles since 115k miles, not looking to fix the leak, but looking for an oil with good cleaning and anti sludge properties. The oil turns back shortly after oil changes, which I assume means its cleaning. I use 10w30 because it doesnt really get cold in south Louisiana.

1993 Toyota Pickup, 22RE 4cyl, only 70k original miles. Currently use Valvoline White bottle 5w30. I dont drive this one much obviously but looking for best oil for long term protection. I only put about 3k miles a year currently and change it twice a year.

Would like to keep narrowed down to brands avaiable at walmart or local autoparts stores. I was thinking Pennzoil Ultra in all 3? Thanks in advance for any advise offered..

The Integra and the older Toyota pickup could both use whichever 5w30 is on sale at the time. Neither is very picky about oil. There are high mileage 5w30s out there that would work well.

As for the Tundra, I'd just use whichever 0w20 (or 5w20) is on sale at the time as well. Also not picky about what's in it.

Heck, you could run the same 5w30 in all 3.

The 5-20 Ultra would be good in the Tundra, I have had good experience with it in my Tundra with 135k.
IMHO would keep the Max-life in the Acura. Particularly if you are losing some oil to the leak. Max-Life is cheap.
Ultra or Platinum would be good in the T100 if you want spend the 10 extra bucks. However going to the Ultra would probably allow you to change it only once a year thereby saving about 5 bucks in the long run.

I'd probably go a little longer to 5000 mile OCI's on all three unless you track/autocross the Integra. For the little used pickup change the oil once a year.

I wouldn't use Ultra for that short of an OCI on cars that probably won't see any benefit. Synpower, Platinum, QS synthetic would be fine on the Tundra. Whatever 5-30 is on sale in the other two.

I think your regiment will work just fine. Keep doing what your doing and your engines will hold up just fine. Valvoline makes great products!!
