Is that zero when idling hot?. It should show a bit a pressure cold at start up. If you are worried you could get it tested with a proper gauge, but that is fairly normal. What viscosity oil are you using?

OIl pressure is at zero when idling, when driving, it picks up nicely. Is that normal? Will I damage something? What could it be? OIl pump?

I cannot remember if hot or cold. I will pay attention next time. I think it was cold but I also know it varies. I usually use 10W-30 Pennzoil in it but this time it was changed by someone else and don't know what he used. Probably also 10W-30.

Don't worry about it Ea-82 engines are known for showing zero oil pressure at idle, as long as it picks up with RPMs. The guages on these cars are known to be not very accurate and usually at idle you will have about 10 psi(if you hooked up a mechanical gauge). Because of the layout of a boxer motor you will have at least a couple psi no matter what.
