Oil for 6.6L L8T

I have 40k on my L8T with over 30k towing and am sad to know I've ruined it using Quaker State Full Synthetic 5w30.

40 grade if it was mine but it'll be fine with whatever 5w-30 if changed frequently.

HPL PCEO 5w-40 with a carquest premium 84502 for 12k miles is what i run in L8T’s. they run great.

I'm planning to use the 0W-40 Premium Plus. I like the high viscosity index of 187
