Oil For 2019 Ford Raptor

10,000 mile OCI on a twin turbo V6 that is moving a monster of a truck. I am not an expert but that is just wrong. Not to mention people drive these Raptors like maniacs.
Call @High Performance Lubricants and ask them how many engine failures (timing chain, phaser, or mechanical damage) their 12,000+ vehicle fleet customer has had while running 15-20k OCIs on their oil. Guarantee they’re living in harsher conditions than street-only Raptors.

Maybe it's just me, but I would rather have more trust in Mobil 1 changed five times in that 25k period

I completely trust HPL, the other premium products and the knowledgeable people here.
However, I am fond of "getting the dirt out" of an engine....especially one which ups the temps significantly...namely, turbos.

I understand that the modern, verifiable, established sciences behind lubrication tech are "the cat's meow", but you're still pumping oil through filters which exhibit wild swings in construction soundness.

They always say new engines tax oil more AND that oils have been improved accordingly. But, is the spec oil you need always available?
The dealers seem always to use their cheap, bulk oil in everything <<OOpps, there's that "dealership hate thing" coming up again.

VRP 5w30 for 4 intervals, then Mobil 1 5w30 ESP or EP 5w30.
Really coming to the conclusion that this is really the best option for almost all applications, with a bias towards the ESP. I’ve read enough reports here of oil burning on M1 EP to bias towards ESP or another Euro oil.

just go to Walmart and pick out any 5w-30 synthetic like Valvoline ep or Pennzoil ultra .Royal Purple etc ,keep it changed at proper oci like 5 thousand miles , and filter, then sleep well at night.
